At BODEGA cooler, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original BODEGA cooler packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
